If you must reschedule or cancel your spa appointment, please notify the spa directly 24-hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged the full amount. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time, to complete any necessary paperwork. A late arrival time will affect the duration of your treatment.
